Sativa Group Plc is the UK’s leading quoted CBD wellness and medicinal cannabis group. Having had previous experience in the CBD market, Lily Pad PR was brought on board to raise awareness of the CBD brands Goodbody Wellness and Goodbody Botanicals, as well as Sativa Group’s wider business activities, including a King’s College London research project in to the effect of medicinal cannabis on respiratory conditions.

The remit included securing trade coverage for key markets including retail, pharmacy, travel and manufacturing, as well as consumer and business coverage across magazines, national press and broadcast. As well as delivering regularly monthly press coverage, we have also made sure that key medical and health editors and producers across national press and the BBC have visited Sativa Group HQ to learn more about the business and market.

Since working with Sativa Group the company, and its brands, have achieved extensive coverage across TV, national press and trade titles. These have included national pieces for the BBC, The Times, Telegraph, FT, i newspaper and Forbes as well as thought leader pieces across trade titles including the pharmacy, convenience store, retail and government titles, as well as consumer product coverage and case studies in titles like Saga magazine.

As with so many of our clients our involvement stretched much further than a client / agency relationship and we have been involved in internal marketing strategy meetings and supporting other internal marketing activity.
